Massoud Boldaji is one of those people, and “getting things done” and driving results – through collaboration, partnerships, and relationships. With an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude, Massoud radiates a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits to his customers.

He has over 25 years of demonstrated ability in creating and implementing standard operations procedures, contacting companies, writing and submitting proposals, participating in bids and directing the completion of all projects within established time frames by using his knowledge of, and skill in applying, program management principals, and techniques such as: program planning, objective establishment, scheduling and budgeting in order to provide continuous guidance and ensuring that work is completed accurately and according to established standards and procedures. In addition, he has regularly examined the effectiveness of policies in order to ensure that programs and policies are being implemented and adjusted as necessary so that appropriate results are being achieved. Furthermore, he has used proven skills in communicating effectively and persuasively verbally and in writing with senior-level management and officials of government agencies, businesses and private organizations about complex and controversial energy, environmental and other management issues which has resulted in establishing good working relationships, and negotiating agreements, with representatives of other organizations whose goals and interests were different from or contrary to his.
